For safety reasons NYC Horse Carriage Rides™ reserves the right to cancel any tour due to predicted or actual adverse weather conditions such as high winds, thunder and lightning storms, or any weather statements issued for New York City by The National Weather Service, in which case a full refund is issued.

NYC Horse Carriage Rides™ reserves the right to cancel a tour due to any unforeseen circumstance, such as mechanical failure, in which case a full refund will be issued.​

FREE RESCHEDULING

You may contact us several (2-3) hours before your reservation if you are experiencing delays & need to reschedule.

This does not guarantee we will have the specific time-slots available to reschedule & you would need to cooperate with our openings/availabilities.

IMPORTANT: We are limited to time slots during the month of November & December. Keep in mind, we may not have openings for same-day rescheduling. We highly recommend any changes be done 24 hours in advance.
